The Course
This course provides an introduction to engineering at primary level. It provides participants with an understanding of what engineering is and how it may be introduced to children in the primary curriculum.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- explore how to link engineering and design processes into learning
- link practical classroom activities to different types of engineering
- support pupils to creatively define and solve their own engineering challenges
- evaluate strategies to enable the introduction of engineering into your school
